medieval food

vegetable soup
Ingredients
cabbage,carrots,celery,green beans,leeks,onions,parsnips,sorrel,turnips,garlic

it has lots of salad and vedetables

Ingredients
2 lbs. pork loin,1 1/2 tsp. coriander, 1 1/2 tsp. caraway, 1/2 tsp. pepper ,1/2 tsp. salt ,2 cloves garlic, minced ,
2 cups red wine ,1 cup broth 

the sauce was good and the meat was chewy
eggs and apples
Ingredients
1 apple ,2 to 3 eggs ,1 Tbsp. butter ,
1/4 tsp.powder fine,pinch saffron

i can really taste the apples, the apple are sweet,
Fish
1 or 2 salmons

it taste like regular salmon
